What we actually need to do is to slow down, relax, take a step back, and take a hard realistic look at what we were caught up in.

Simplicity is appreciating the small things in life. Simplicity is freedom from material desires and emotional desires — permission to simply “be.” A simpler lifestyle can give us less stress and afford us more freedom.
